Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
FeesShield generates draft letters and emails to help you cancel a subscription or push back on an undisclosed price increase. Please read these terms before using the service.
What FeesShield does — and doesn't do
FeesShield uses an AI model to draft a letter based on the information you provide. You review, edit, and send it yourself. FeesShield does not contact companies on your behalf, does not negotiate, and does not guarantee any outcome. We are not a law firm and nothing generated by this service is legal advice.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing the generated letter before sending it, correcting any inaccurate facts, and filling in any placeholder fields (like [DATE] or [AMOUNT]). Do not use FeesShield to submit false or misleading claims to a company.
No warranty
FeesShield is provided "as is." We don't warrant that the generated content is legally accurate, complete, or effective for your specific situation. AI-generated text can contain mistakes — always review before sending.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeesShield is not liable for any outcome resulting from a letter you choose to send, including a company's response, a denied refund, or any financial loss.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
